Creston city council looks at lease agreement


CRESTON, Iowa - The city of Creston took a first step at their latest city council meeting. City Administrator Mike Taylor told KXCV/KRNW that they have a 25-year franchise agreement with Alliant Energy that they need to re-sign.

As for COVID-19, Taylor adds that the council wants to wait another couple of months before considering any changes to their mitigation policies.
